Fees are fixed and disclosed up front. You’re billed via ACH after work is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where noted, standard court filing fees are included in the flat fee and are subject to change by the court.

No attorney can guarantee results. You will receive candid advice, options, and risk assessments at each step.

Matters are limited to the State of Texas.
